(a) “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Crypto Sense, a trading name of Astral Hodling OU, registered in Estonia, and Leancoin sp. z o.o., a limited company registered in Poland that manages production.
(b) “you”, “your” refers to the person accessing or using our website and purchasing our products.
(c) “products” refer to the clothing and merchandise sold on our website.
(d) “FIAT currency” refers to any government-issued currency that is legal tender.
(e) “cryptocurrency” refers to digital or virtual currency secured by cryptography, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others.
PAYMENT
2.1. Payment for products on our website can be made using either FIAT currency or cryptocurrency. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.2. If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, you are responsible for ensuring that you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address.
DELIVERY
3.1. We currently only ship to selected countries, as described in the Shipping and Tracking section of our website.
3.2. We aim to dispatch products within five working days of receiving payment. However, we do not guarantee delivery times.
3.3. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
RETURNS
4.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
4.2. To return a product, you must contact us at contact@cryptosense.space to inform us of your intention to return the product(s). We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
4.3. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
4.4. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All intellectual property rights in the products sold on our website, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and design rights, belong to us or our licensors.
5.2. You may not use any of our intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.
